Bathe and immerse yourself in sacred sounds. This is an invitation to rest, soften, and return to your centre — supported by calming vibrations and a gently held, Reiki-cleansed space. You will arrive into a peaceful sanctuary, settling in around the instruments and making yourself truly comfortable. I’ll guide you to leave the outside world behind, arrive in your body, and set an intention for your session. From there, I’ll take you on a sound journey using a carefully curated range of instruments — layered tones and frequencies that move through and around you, supporting release, recalibration, and energetic rebalancing. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in safe, nervous-system-aware facilitation, so you’re held with care throughout (not simply “played at”). The full session lasts around 90 minutes with time at the end to re-ground and gather your thoughts. Please bring whatever you need to stay warm and cosy (a good blanket is recommended), and ensure your mat feels supportive for resting.

”The most delicious, immersive sound bath experience. From the moment you arrive, every detail has been considered to make the session truly magical. The perfect space to pause, relax and release, giving space and energy for whatever comes next... and the most blissful night's sleep!”

I create carefully curated, intentional gatherings for women — spaces to slow down, come home to yourself, and reconnect with what’s real. In a world that asks us to keep pushing, these circles and events are an invitation to pause, to be witnessed, and to remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Some gatherings are entirely created and led by me; others are co-created with you and shaped around what you need. They can be small and intimate to allow genuine connections or lovingly crafted as bespoke rituals to mark life’s meaningful moments — from soulful hen celebrations to other life-affirming transitions. Rooted in the power of ritual and a gentle nod to earth-honouring, seasonal wisdom, each experience is held with warmth, depth, and clear boundaries. Come as you are — and if you’re dreaming something unique, get in touch and we can create it together.
Spring Equinox Women’s Gathering (Ostara) — 21 March | 13:00–16:30
Spring Equinox is the year’s balancing point — when light and dark meet as equals, and the earth quietly begins again.
Join me for my women’s-only Spring Equinox gathering held in a beautiful orangery space, with access to the gardens: a bright, living sanctuary designed to help you soften, clear, and reconnect to what is true.
Rooted in earth-based ritual and ancestral remembering, we’ll cross a threshold together and return to nature through a simple offering of light at the tree. We’ll move through Brigid-inspired practices of hearth and well — flame and water — followed by guided visioning and gentle connection to help you germinate meaningful intentions for your year ahead. We’ll enjoy a tea blessing to settle it all, so what you’re calling in feels held, grounded, and possible.
Come as you are — tired, hopeful, tender, full, unsure.
You don’t need to be ready. You only need to arrive.Testimonial
“I loved attending Mel's equinox event.
She instantly puts you at ease and makes every woman there included and welcome. The attention to detail is second to none, from locally sourced pampas grass to homemade dried rose petals every single thing is uniquely crafted into part of the days experience.
I left feeling like my walls had been broken down and the women surrounding me helped rebuild. I left feeling empowered, relaxed and blissful.”

Womb Well is a monthly women’s circle for those craving real connection — with themselves and with other women — in a space that feels safe, grounded, and deeply human. The name carries intention: Womb as the seat of feminine knowing, creativity, and deep intuition… and Well as a place of nourishment — a replenishing inner source you can return to, again and again.
This circle is for women of all ages and all seasons of womanhood. And if you’ve had a hysterectomy (or don’t resonate with the womb in a physical sense), you are still wholeheartedly welcome — we honour the womb as an energetic centreand a symbol of inner wisdom, not defined by anatomy. As a trained women’s circle facilitator, I hold a sacred container with care and clear boundaries, inviting authenticity and the radical self-acceptance of all emotions — not as something to fix or repress, but as wisdom to be listened to and honoured. Through gentle grounding, guided reflection, and sharing (always by choice), we create the conditions for something powerful: the awakening that comes from being witnessed, and the remembering that happens when women speak their truth together. Come as you are — to be held, to soften, and to reconnect with the wisdom you already carry.
Over the last 20+ years I’ve grown into an enthusiastic, grounded clinical leader within the NHS with my foundation as a Physiotherapist. I specialised in Critical Care and Musculo-Skeletal practice, loving the precision and the human depth of the work — and over time I felt called to widen my impact through the route of leadership. Across community, partnership and acute hospital settings, I’ve developed a wide range of clinical and managerial experience, with high-quality, person-centred care as a core value.
For me, leadership is ultimately about people. I’m deeply passionate about shaping healthy workforce culture — influencing behaviours, helping leaders to know themselves better and helping teams become cohesive, psychologically safe places to work. I believe an engaged workforce who feels heard and respected will always deliver better care. I lead by example, listening well, and creating the kind of permissive, supportive environment where innovation is possible and people can bring their best. I have a passion in emotional literacy and enjoy exploration of this during coaching to support clients to make body wise decisions.
Alongside my clinical and leadership background, I’m a trained workplace mediator (ILM) and hold a Master’s level Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Healthcare Management. These qualifications — and the lived reality of working in complex, high-stakes environments and systems — shape how I support others: with warmth and clarity, honesty and care. My areas of speciality lie in ground up workforce culture transformation, clinical supervision and coaching leadership, and workplace mediation.
I offer online coaching or in person coaching depending on mutual availability and preference.
Please feel free to book a chemistry call with me in the first instance. During this session we can explore together what your goals might be, areas you might want to develop and how to get the best out of yourself. Following this session, if you wish to proceed to a deeper relationship, we will formalise your needs and plan how we will work together developing a coaching contract between us. I work to International Federation of Coaching standards, so you are in safe hands.

Mel's coaching has been a transformative experience for me.
What stands out most is her intuitive ability to meet me exactly where I am, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, and gently guide me toward clarity and growth. She creates a space that feels safe, honest, and deeply respectful, which allowed me to open up and explore parts of myself I hadn't accessed before.
Her style is both grounded and expansive: she listens with full presence, asks powerful questions, and offers insights that feel both practical and profound. I've come away from our sessions feeling lighter, more empowered, and more connected to my own inner wisdom.
Mel doesn't just coach, she holds space for transformation. Her warmth, humour, and authenticity make the journey not only meaningful but also joyful. I'm deeply grateful for the impact she's had on my life.

Reiki is one of the most powerful ways I support women to soften, release, and return to balance. I’ve spent over two years training to become a Reiki Master and Teacher in the Usui lineage, with my Master training structured around the chakra system while also deepening intuitive energy healing — learning to listen to the subtle language of the body and energy field with clarity and care. What makes my Reiki offering unique is that I bring it through the lens of a physiotherapist of 22 years. This means your session can be genuinely holistic: working with the nervous system and energy body, while also understanding the physical body in a grounded, anatomical way. Where it’s appropriate, I can blend Reiki with gentle, skilled hands-on treatment — exploring areas of tension, supporting tissue release, and helping the body feel safer and more spacious, both manually and energetically. I may also incorporate crystals when it feels supportive, as a gentle ally to deepen intention and energetic balance.Sessions can take place in a calm setting of your choice — including treatments in your own home — and are always tailored to what you need on the day. Expect a softly held space to rest, reset, and reconnect with your own inner healing wisdom. If this calls to you contact me so we can find a suitable time to begin.
A Reiki session with me is a personalised, holistic process rather than a one-off treatment where you simply lie down and “receive.” Before we meet, you’ll be invited to complete a detailed health and wellbeing history so I can understand your body, energy, lifestyle, and what you’re moving through. In the session, you’ll receive Reiki alongside intuitive guidance and grounded reflections, and afterwards I may offer bespoke recommendations to support your integration (such as gentle practices, boundaries, rest, journalling prompts, or energy hygiene). For many people, the deepest shifts happen over a series of sessions, so we’ll agree clear intentions and follow-on steps together — with a sense of shared accountability and support as you come back into alignment.
Yoga is one of the foundations of my work — a steady practice of returning to the body, the breath, and the present moment. I currently teach weekly classes at a few venues, mostly rooted in Hatha, with a growing weave of Vinyasa as my own practice evolves. My learning has been shaped by time and study in India — the birthplace of yoga — and my teaching honours that lineage through an authentic, respectful approach that goes beyond “just a workout.”
In my classes, you can expect mindful sequencing, breath-led movement, and space to build strength, steadiness, and inner calm at a pace that feels accessible. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to it, you’ll be guided with clear cues and an emphasis on embodied awareness — listening to your body, meeting yourself with compassion, and practising in a way that supports real life. Alongside regular classes, I’m also happy to create bespoke yoga sessions for private groups and special occasions — including hen gatherings, retreats, or meaningful celebrations — tailored to the mood you want to create (grounding, uplifting, nourishing, playful, or deeply restorative). Get in touch if this is something you would like to explore.
