I create carefully curated, intentional gatherings for women — spaces to slow down, come home to yourself, and reconnect with what’s real. In a world that asks us to keep pushing, these circles and events are an invitation to pause, to be witnessed, and to remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Some gatherings are entirely created and led by me; others are co-created with you and shaped around what you need. They can be small and intimate to allow genuine connections or lovingly crafted as bespoke rituals to mark life’s meaningful moments — from soulful hen celebrations to other life-affirming transitions. Rooted in the power of ritual and a gentle nod to earth-honouring, seasonal wisdom, each experience is held with warmth, depth, and clear boundaries. Come as you are — and if you’re dreaming something unique, get in touch and we can create it together.
Summer Solstice is now on sale. The event is called:
‘Light of Litha: From fire to first light’. A night to honour the sun.
Come and gather with us on a beautiful working farm, held by an open barn that looks out across a stunning valley. This is a simple, soulful summer solstice celebration — part women’s circle, part outdoor ritual, part camp-under-the-sky magic.
You’ll arrive in the afternoon, pitch your tent, and settle into the land at your own pace. As the day turns, we’ll begin our circle together with a lush solstice altar and a gentle threshold crossing to mark the shift from everyday life into a more intentional space.
As the evening unfolds, you can expect:
A short opening ceremony
Seasonal yoga guided by Litha wisdom (solar plexus focus: warmth, self-trust, confidence)
A generous BBQ dinner (and a simple breakfast the next morning)
A Litha tea ceremony in small circles — sweet, grounding, devotional
A fire circle with blessings, stories, and marshmallows under the stars
Optional woodland stargazing
A sunrise solstice rite to welcome first light of Litha together
This gathering is designed to be family-friendly. Children are welcome but they must be well behaved and able to play freely without constant supervision. The land offers space to roam and play (with the understanding that this is a working farm and parents remain responsible for their children at all times).
The setting (please read)
This is not a retreat venue — it’s a real, working farm. Facilities are basic: one outdoor loo, no showers, and camping in your own tent. The barn will be our undercover base with an outdoor kitchen set-up. Come prepared to be cosy, practical, and held by the simplicity of the land.
What’s included
What to bring
A full kit list will be sent after booking, including camping essentials, warm layers, headtorch, and any drinks you’d like to bring for the evening. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol to enjoy respectfully later in the evening — I won’t be providing it, and clear ground rules will be shared.
Places are limited to keep the circle intimate.
If you’ve been longing for a night outside, close to firelight, good women, and the turning of the year — this is for you.
You don’t need to be ready. You only need to arrive.
“I loved attending Mel's equinox event.
She instantly puts you at ease and makes every woman there included and welcome. The attention to detail is second to none, from locally sourced pampas grass to homemade dried rose petals every single thing is uniquely crafted into part of the days experience.
I left feeling like my walls had been broken down and the women surrounding me helped rebuild. I left feeling empowered, relaxed and blissful.”
